CANCELLATION POLICY

At Perfect Hue, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask for thoughtful notice when making any changes. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 72 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments changed or canceled withing 48 hours will incur a 50% service charge. Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Card on File A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file if the policy window is not honored. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in a modified or rescheduled service. Full service pricing may still apply. We understand that life happens and will always do our best to accommodate when possible.
